In 2023, we established a new international partnership with Taoyuan Junior High School in Taiwan. The aims of this partnership are, for both schools, to promote a cultural exchange so as to offer pupils an opportunity to learn about and engage with a different culture in a different part of the world. For students of Taoyuan, the aim is also to provide opportunities to develop their knowledge of the English language, such as through letter-writing and video making.

School leaders from both schools have held online meetings to begin collaborating - the first project was to create and share a video tour of each school, and next pupils from both schools will write to one another and share information about food in their respective cultures. We hope to explore many different cultural topics in this way over the coming years.
